Class description:
In the stillness of this moment, Presence reveals itself — effortless, formless, always, already here.
This class is an invitation to rest in your natural state of Being. Through slow, nourishing movement, conscious breath, and moments of deep stillness, we attune to the quiet space within that is already complete.
The body and the breath are portals into Presence. There is nothing to achieve — only to witness the natural unfolding of sensation and experience.
In this gentle allowing, we slip out of the tight confines of persona and into the spaciousness of Presence. The breath flows more freely. Layers of subtle inner contraction begin to soften and there is a healing movement within.
We open to receive Life more deeply.
